Our firm was established by the two founding partners Dr. Garten and Dr. Tillmann in 2020. We have been working for many years for a renowned Wall Street law firm and later turned inhouse in executive positions of Financial Institutions; among others the Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (the so-called bad bank of former WestLB) a public law agency acting solely in the public interest.

Hence, we are not only seasoned practitioners, but at the same time intimately familiar with what matters most in companies: decision-making processes, transparency, planning reliability, cost sensitivity as well as public perception.

Our firm focuses on forensic and out-of-court representation of financial institutions, sovereign/sub-sovereign investors, private equity and institutional investors. In addition, we advise corporates in the field of M&A transactions, corporate law and other contract law matters.
